The Fall 2008 Season registration is now open.

WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER:

• Birth Certificate, if not already on file (photocopy is acceptable).
• Completed registration form for each child (download below).
• Check or Money Order for payment (do not mail cash).

WHAT AGE GROUP YOUR CHILD BE PLAYING IN:

• In-town:    Born between August 1, 2000 and July 31, 2004
• Travel U10: Born between August 1, 1998 and July 31, 2000
• Travel U12: Born between August 1, 1996 and July 31, 1998
• Travel U14: Born between August 1, 1994 and July 31, 1996

Team assignments are done at the discretion of the league. Any registration received after July 15th, 2008 is subject to space availability.

Payments made by check may be held for 60 days prior to being deposited.
